Price are referred (daily or weekly) for 4 pax (Il Cipresso), 2 pax (Il Leccio and L’Olivo).
Over 4 or 2 pax, each person pays € 20 nightly (on sofa-bed).
Discount for long periods, free for children until 5 years old
All rooms have wireless internet service

Terms and conditions

The price are net from any commission due to intermediaries who propose near our resort
Price include: linen, final cleaning, electricity, gas, swimming pool, garden, parking, laundry machine, ironing board, satellite TV, barbecue, and added taxes
Eating: according to consumation (€ 4/m3) autonomous and with individual meter for every single apartment
Booking procedure: 30 % advance deposit to be made by money wire within five confirmation via fax or e mail. The remaining amount due must be paid in cash or by credit card
Checks are not accepted

Cancellations: deposit money is not refunded due to cancellation
Arrival: saturday from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Please advice in case of late arrival
Departure: saturday before 10.00 am
